You will work across homes, schools, supported accommodation, and community settings throughout South West Sydney, helping participants build skills, increase independence, and improve quality of life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments
- Developing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Completing behavioural observations and data analysis
- Working collaboratively with participants, families, carers, and support networks
- Undertaking risk assessments and implementing safety strategies
- Delivering evidence-based behaviour support interventions
- Supporting participants to achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes

We're seeking someone who:
- Has experience in disability support, support coordination, teaching, behaviour support, or an allied health field
- Has experience or a strong interest in Positive Behaviour Support
- Meets, or is confident they can meet, NDIS Behaviour Support suitability requirements
- Is passionate about supporting children, adults, and families
- Demonstrates excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Is reflective, compassionate, and solutions-focused
- Holds a current NSW Driver Licence and access to a vehicle
- Holds or is willing to obtain a Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check

Join our warm and supportive InMotion team in Wollongong as a Speech Pathologist, providing services to clients across the Wollongong area in clinic, home and school settings.
InMotion Therapy and Supports has been part of the Wollongong community for over six years, providing services to children and adults with disabilities and diverse developmental or health challenges. Our team brings together OTs, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Support Coordinators.
We’d love to welcome a Speech Pathologist who is energised by working with children, values a supportive team environment, and is dedicated to helping clients develop and succeed.
To be successful in this role you:
1. Has Speech Pathology Australia Membership as a Speech Pathologist
2. Has a strong passion for working with children and their families
3. Has excellent oral and written communication skills
5. Have demonstrated excellent clinical services to clients and their families
6. Have a reflective, compassionate, empathic, creative and problem-solving mindset
7. Hold a current NSW driver’s licence and have access to a car for work purposes
8. Have a WWCC and NDIS Worker Check (or is willing to obtain these)

Speech Therapy Assistant
InMotion Therapy & Supports is looking for a passionate Speech Therapy Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team in Wollongong on a casual or part-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone currently studying Speech Pathology and looking to gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside experienced clinicians. You'll support children and adults with disabilities and developmental needs across a variety of settings, including our clinic, homes, and schools throughout the Wollongong region.
What we’re looking for:
- Currently studying Speech Pathology
- Passion for working with children and families
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate, creative, and proactive approach
- Current NSW driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- WWCC and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
