Through her work with participants, their carers, and key stakeholders, she has facilitated access to independent accommodation, employment and volunteer opportunities, social and community inclusion, and essential respite for carers. She finds immense reward in the simple gestures of gratitude - a smile or a thank‑you, knowing she has made a meaningful difference.
As a parent of two stepsons with their own support needs, she understands firsthand the importance of a service provider who truly listens. She values approaches that prioritise the needs of participants and their families, ensuring not only successful outcomes but also the highest possible quality of life for their loved ones.
Qualifications:
· Multiple disability related training and certificates
· Diploma of Community Services
· Cert IV in Community Services
· Cert III in Community Services
· Teacher’s Aide (Special Education)
Available: Monday to Friday
