 Linda is an accomplished, passionate, Senior Occupational Therapist and the Narellan Manager, bringing over 30 years of extensive clinical experience across diverse settings including occupational rehabilitation, community-based practice, private settings and hospital environments. She currently supports the Narellan team and provides se

 Linda is an accomplished, passionate, Senior Occupational Therapist and the Narellan Manager, bringing over 30 years of extensive clinical experience across diverse settings including occupational rehabilitation, community-based practice, private settings and hospital environments. She currently supports the Narellan team and provides services across Southwest Sydney and the Southern Highlands.

Linda has a strong background working with adults presenting with physical, psychological, intellectual, cognitive, and mental health impairments. Her clinical expertise includes functional capacity assessments, minor and complex equipment prescription, minor home modifications, manual handling training, and targeted therapeutic interventions. She is skilled in supporting individuals with a broad range of conditions, with particular interest in physical disabilities such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and spinal cord injury.

Linda is committed to fostering independence, improving quality of life, and enhancing participation in activities of daily living, community access, and domestic skills. Her therapeutic intervention is grounded in a client-centred, evidence-based approach across the NDIS, private, DVA, and iCare sectors.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, Linda brings consistency, professionalism, and a deep passion for helping people to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Luci is an experienced Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of practice in the Illawarra and South Coast region. She supports NDIS participants (late teens to adults), focusing on enhancing independence, participation, and quality of life through evidence-based, personalised interventions. Her expertise lies in complex disability, including physical, neurological, cognitive, intellectual, and psychosocial conditions.

Luci provides a comprehensive range of Occupational Therapy services tailored to the needs of NDIS participants. Her work includes Functional Capacity Assessments, Assistive Technology (AT) prescription - from low-cost daily living aids to complex, customised equipment—minor home modifications, and capacity-building therapy focused on individual goals. She also conducts sensory assessments and interventions, Home and Living assessments (SDA/SIL), and manual handling assessments with corresponding care plans. Conor is a psychologist with five years of clinical experience and a recent transition into private practice. He previously worked as a school psychologist, supporting children of all ages, as well as their families and school staff, to promote positive learning and wellbeing outcomes. In this role, he provided a range of psychological interventions and conducted both psychometric and behavioural assessments.


Conor is particularly interested in the power of restorative and positive relationships in therapy. He draws on evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to support his clients in developing insight, resilience, and meaningful change. Before completing his postgraduate training, Conor worked as a youth worker with young people experiencing complex and at-risk circumstances, an experience that continues to inform his empathetic and strengths-based approach.
