Conor is a psychologist with five years of clinical experience and a recent transition into private practice. He previously worked as a school psychologist, supporting children of all ages, as well as their families and school staff, to promote positive learning and wellbeing outcomes. In this role, he provided a range of psychological interventions and conducted both psychometric and behavioural assessments.
Conor is particularly interested in the power of restorative and positive relationships in therapy. He draws on evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to support his clients in developing insight, resilience, and meaningful change. Before completing his postgraduate training, Conor worked as a youth worker with young people experiencing complex and at-risk circumstances, an experience that continues to inform his empathetic and strengths-based approach.

Her expertise lies in complex disability, including physical, neurological, cognitive, intellectual, and psychosocial conditions.
Luci provides a comprehensive range of Occupational Therapy services tailored to the needs of NDIS participants. Her work includes Functional Capacity Assessments, Assistive Technology (AT) prescription - from low-cost daily living aids to complex, customised equipment—minor home modifications, and capacity-building therapy focused on individual goals. She also conducts sensory assessments and interventions, Home and Living assessments (SDA/SIL), and manual handling assessments with corresponding care plans. She has prescribed a range of paediatric equipment including wheelchairs, indoor seating, shower commodes, adjustable beds, pressure care mattresses and sleep systems. Laura adopts a family-centred, neuro-affirming approach in order to celebrate the individual’s strengths, provide parent coaching and support.
